Mr. Newsom is the owner and operator of
ARC Air Research and the principal consultant.
Additionally, he is a Category Experience Manager with Homedepot.com where he oversees the online marketing strategy for several major categories. He collaborates with a cross-functional team of web designers, Internet editors, product managers, and merchants to implement marketing plans. His key responsibilities include driving quality traffic, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving online sales.
Prior to joining The Home Depot in July 2012, Mr. Newsom worked at Delta Air Lines as a Sr. Market Researcher where he managed the Customer Satisfaction Program. He analyzed online surveys, conducted focus groups, and recommended service enhancements. In addition, he worked on Delta.com’s digital marketing strategy and product innovations. He also worked for Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Florida as a Forecast Analyst creating economic models to optimize contact center operations.
Mr. Newsom has over 15 years of experience in market research, digital analytics, and business development. He holds a B.S. in Applied Economics from Florida State University and an M.B.A. in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Atlanta Economics Club and a member of the Atlanta Aero Club and Interactive Marketing Association.
